Booking Policies
Availability Policy
To provide every family with attentive, personalized care, Mega Little Palms accepts a limited number of bookings each day. Availability is offered on a first-confirmed, first-served basis. A booking is reserved only after the required deposit has been received.
Last minute Bookings
Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are accepted only if availability remains after confirmed advance bookings. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Depending on scheduling requirements, a 500 MXN Last-Minute Booking Fee may apply.
Deposits & Payments
A 50% deposit is required to confirm and reserve your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before the scheduled service begins. Services may be suspended or canceled if payment is not received by the due date. Payments not received by the due date may result in the release of the reserved booking time.
A Payment Processing Fee will be added to all electronic payments to cover the fees charged by our payment processor. The applicable Payment Processing Fee will reflect the amount charged by the selected payment processor at the time of payment.
Any unpaid balance remaining after the due date may be subject to a late payment fee and/or interest, where permitted by applicable law.
The client is responsible for any fees incurred due to declined cards, returned payments, chargebacks, or failed electronic transactions.
Mega Little Palms reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services if payment obligations are not met.
Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings and reserve your requested date and time.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled booking may be rescheduled once using the original deposit, subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking will result in the deposit being forfeited.
“Client No-Show”
If the caregiver arrives at the agreed booking location and the client is unavailable, cannot be reached, or the service cannot begin as scheduled, the booking will be considered a client no-show.
As this time has been reserved exclusively for your family, the full booking fee remains payable.
Late Return
A 15-minute grace period is provided. If your return extends beyond the grace period, additional care will automatically be billed in 30-minute increments at the applicable hourly rate.
Changes to Your Booking
Changes to confirmed bookings, including service dates, service hours, location, number of children, or additional services, are subject to caregiver availability.
Requests made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be accommodated whenever possible without a Booking Modification Fee. Additional services or extended hours will be billed at the applicable rates.
Requests made within 24 hours may incur a Booking Modification Fee and are subject to caregiver availability.
Booking extensions are not confirmed until approved by Mega Little Palms, and any additional balance must be paid before the extended care begins.
Illness Policy
To help provide a safe environment for every family, please notify Mega Little Palms before the scheduled service if your child is experiencing a contagious illness, fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or any condition that may affect their ability to participate comfortably or safely in childcare.
Mega Little Palms reserves the right to decline, postpone, or discontinue care if a child appears too unwell for safe participation or if the illness presents a health risk to the caregiver or others.
Whenever possible, we will work with families to reschedule the booking based on availability.
Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
Mega Little Palms is committed to providing professional, respectful child care in a safe environment for both children and caregivers.
Services may be declined, suspended, or discontinued if:
• Payment obligations have not been met.
• Information necessary to safely provide care has been withheld or is materially inaccurate.
• The caregiver's safety is threatened.
• Conditions at the service location are unsafe or unsuitable for childcare.
• A situation arises that prevents the caregiver from providing safe, professional care.
If services are discontinued due to circumstances outlined above, applicable fees may still apply for the reserved booking time.
Unexpected Circumstances
Mega Little Palms is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, power outages, illness, or other emergencies.
If such circumstances affect a scheduled booking, every reasonable effort will be made to reschedule the service based on availability. Any refunds or credits will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Every child and family is unique. Mega Little Palms is committed to providing intentional, respectful, and play-based childcare that supports each child's individual personality, routine, and developmental stage. Our goal is to create a safe, engaging environment where children feel comfortable while families enjoy peace of mind.
Every childcare session is approached with professionalism, care, and respect for each child’s routine and comfort.
