Before Your Childcare Session

Once your booking request is received, we’ll guide you through the remaining steps so everything is confirmed and prepared before your childcare session.

We’ll review your requested dates, times, location, childcare needs, and caregiver availability before confirming your booking details.
You’ll receive the Booking Agreement & Terms to review and accept before your reservation is secured.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. Your remaining balance is due at least 48 hours before your first scheduled childcare session.
Once your required booking steps and deposit have been completed, you’ll receive confirmation that your childcare reservation is secured.

Please ensure allergies, medications, medical considerations, dietary needs, and current emergency contact information are included in your booking details before care begins.
